摘要
采用预混、预硫化、高温共混及共交联相结合的工艺制备了热塑性弹性体聚氯乙烯/氯丁橡胶(PVC/CR-TPE),考察了共混温度、共混时间、预硫化时间、预混比例等工艺因素对PVC/CR-TPE性能的影响。结果表明,制得的PVC/CR-TPE具有良好的力学性能。其主要性能为硬度78~85邵尔,拉伸强度9~13 MPa,断裂伸长率180%~300%。
The polyvinyl chloride/chloroprene rubber(PVC/CR-TPE) was synthesized by the preblending, precuring, blending in the condition of higher temperature and co-crosslinking. The effects of blend temperature, blend time, precuring time, blends proportion of PVC/CR-TPE on the properties of PVC/CR-TPE were investigated. The results show that PVC/CR-TPE has good mechanical properties. PVC/CR-TPE main properties are as follow: Shore A hardness 78-85, tensile strength 9-13 MPa, elongation at break 180-300%.
