合作学习模式在手术室临床护理教学中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨合作学习模式在手术室临床护理教学中的应用方法及效果。方法:将我院手术室60名实习护生按照实习时间分为观察组和对照组各30名,观察组采用合作学习模式,对照组采用传统带教方式,2个月后比较两组理论考试、操作考试成绩和护生对教学模式的评价。结果:观察组理论成绩、操作成绩及护生对学习模式的评价均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合作学习模式在手术室临床护理教学中能提高护生操作能力,合理应用知识能力,有利于护生以后的临床工作。
