摘要
目的探讨胃镜下氩离子凝固术联合康复新液治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析广西壮族自治区江滨医院2009年7月至2012年3月采用氩离子凝固术联合口服康复新液治疗98例疣状胃炎患者的临床疗效。结果所有患者经治疗均能完全消除病灶。4周后复查仅有3例有少许隆起病灶,余95例黏膜光滑,隆起病灶消失。8周后复查95例均未见复发,无出血和穿孔的发生。结论胃镜下氩离子凝固术联合康复新液治疗疣状胃炎安全有效,能迅速改善症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of argon plasma coagulation under endoscopy combined with Kangfuxin solution on verrucous gastritis.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with verrucous gastritis who were treated with argon plasma coagulation under endoscopy combined with Kangfuxin solution from July 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The lesions in all patients were completely eliminated after treatment.Four weeks ltter,there were 3 cases of slightly elevated focus and 95 cases of smooth mucosa by reexamination.Eight weeks ltter,no recurrence occured and no bleeding or perforation occurred by reexamination.Conclusion Argon plasma coagulation under gastroscopy combined with Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of verrucous gastritis is safe and effective,can rapidly improve the symptoms,so is worthy of clinical application.
