非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术术后房颤的易患因素及护理 被引量：2

摘要 心房颤动（AF）是冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）术后最常见的心律失常，发生率为5％-40％，其发生机制尚未完全明了，可能是术后心房不应期延长、缺血、炎症反应和交感神经过度激活等引起心房肌形成缓慢传导区域和单向阻滞区域，从而形成折返环，诱发AF。
