剖宫产与阴道助产术在足月妊娠胎儿窘迫中的对比分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的对比分析剖宫产与阴道助产术在足月妊娠临产胎儿窘迫中的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2009年1月至2011年10月收治的98例足月妊娠临产时出现胎儿窘迫孕妇,随机分为剖宫产组(52例),阴道助产组(46例),比较两种分娩方式的母婴结局。结果两组胎儿窘迫发生的因素无统计学差异。在胎儿发生窘迫时,剖宫产多用于潜伏期和活跃期加速阶段,而阴道助产术主要用于活跃期加速阶段和减缓阶段。结论对于足月妊娠临产胎儿发生窘迫时,应根据发生阶段以及孕妇状况,恰当地选择剖宫产术或者阴道助产术,都可有效改善母婴结局。
