小细胞肺癌治疗进展 被引量：10

摘要 小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)大约占到原发肺癌的15%,药物治疗近30年没有大的变化。尽管几十年来有大量的生物学和临床研究,但是目前已经确立的小细胞肺癌的治疗方法是存在着公认的不足的。虽然一些已完成的随机研究进一步确定了有效的治疗策略,如最佳的治疗药物或治疗时间,最合适的剂量和放射治疗的时机,以及为临床实践提供更可靠的询证医学证据,不幸的是这些试验的结论多数是相反的,所以需要对这些试验进行Meta分析以求对个别情况给出清晰的临床治疗策略。本文对目前已有的主要Meta分析结果进行综述。
