摘要
本文研究了两个不同的参考系中观测同一束光的传播,确定了传播方向之间的关系和频率之间的关系。
In this peper We have treated the propagation of a light in two inertial systems and have obtained the relationship between the two directions of propagation and between the two frequencies.
