NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN HIGH INTERVALS LEVEL WITH LONGHOLE BLASTING BACKFILL MINING TECHNOLOGY IN FANKOU LEAD-ZINC MINE

摘要 本文以凡口矿“七五”科技攻关成果为基础,阐述了我国大直径深孔采矿技术研究取得的新进展:试验成功了多层球状药包和柱状药包联合崩矿、高阶段回采新工艺;研制成功了井下动态计量装置和井下移动式液压碎石机等新装备;首次成功地应用了低能导爆索滑块式微差起爆系统和声发射定位系统等新技术;新研制的高风压潜孔冲击器和钻头的技术性能超过了进口的同类产品。这些新的进展,标志着在我国业已初步推广应用的大直径深孔采矿技术进入了新的发展阶段。 Achievements in tackling key scientific and technological problems during the seventh five-year plan peried in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine are presented in the paper, with the emphasis on new developments in large diameter longhole mining technology , combined with multiple-deck spherical cartridges and column cartridges blasting, high intervals level backfill stop-ing, underground on line track weight metering device , movable hydraulic breaker, millisecond blasting system with slide loop for low-energy detonating card and sonic-seismic monitoring technique . Technical performances of the newly designed high air pressure down-the-hole hammer and bits are superior compared with those of imported counterparts. AD these new developments indicate that the increasingly popularized large diameter longhole mining technology has reached a new development stage.
