摘要
为观察采用外剥内扎并切断部分肛门内括约肌治疗混合痔嵌顿的疗效，将48例混合痔嵌顿患者行骶麻后，根据嵌顿混合痔所在部位，选择最佳切口位置，进行外剥内扎术，并切断部分肛门内括约肌。结果治愈45例，好转3例。结果表明，采用外剥内扎并切断部分肛门内括约肌治疗混合痔嵌顿，疗效好，减少了术后并发症的发生。
In order to observe the clinical efficacy of external dissection and internal ligation plus partial a-nal internal sphincterotomy in treating incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids, 48 cases underwent sacrum anes-thesia and received external dissection and internal ligation plus partial anal internal sphincterotomy on the best incision location according to the position of incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids. The results showed that 45 cases got cured,3 improved. It is concluded that external dissection and internal ligation plus partial anal internal sphincterotomy is of better efficacy for incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids and has fewer postopera-tive complications.
