摘要
通过肛肠三维彩色多普勒及直肠排粪造影检查，评价三维肛管直肠腔内超声对直肠前突的诊断率及临床应用价值。对1300例直肠前突患者进行肛肠三维彩色多普勒与排粪造影愉舟。列两种俭代结粜进行回顾性分析。结果表明，肛肠三维彩色多普勒检查较传统的排粪造影能更准确地诊断商肠前突．诊断率更高，为临眯治疗提供了可靠依据。
Through anorectal three-dimensional color Doppler and defecography so as to evaluate the diag-nosis rate of rectocele and the clinical value of anorectal threedimensional color Doppler in this study. The 1300 cases with rectocele underwent defecography and anorectal 〈xaminalion with three-dimensional color Doppler and the results were analyzed retrospectively. The results showed that compared with defecogra-phy,anorectal examination with three dimensional color Doppler is more accurate in diagnosing rectocele and with a high diagnostic rate and can provide reliahle basis for clinical treatment.
