摘要
文中论述了图形素的概念,零件结构与图形素,图形素与其加工方案,图形素的加工方案与零件过程之间的关系;提出了将零件划分为若干图形素的方法,以及在专家系统支持下,根据工艺基本原理和企业实际情况,如何制定一系列工艺决策原则,建立图形素加工方案知识库、工序、工步顺序安排知识库。
We elaborate the relationship between feature and part structure, between feature and process method and between feature process method and part process planning. We have also proposed a method to divide a part into several features. Based on expert system, some process decision making rules are given according to basic process principles and actual situation in industry. Finally, we establish feature's process method including operation and step sequence knowledge base. It is completely possible to generate process planning for rotary parts.
