摘要
目的探讨输液速度安全隐患的原因并提出相应的对策,从而提高患者输液的安全性及有效性。方法护理部安排医院输液安全小组,检查726例输液患者,收集输液速度管理上的缺陷,进行原因分析,提出整改建议,进行培训管理。比较培训管理前后两个阶段输液速度缺陷比例。结果培训管理前后两个阶段输液速度缺陷比例有差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论输液速度过快及过慢,输液速度未按时调节均为输液的安全隐患。加强输液速度的管理,能使护士对输液相关知识的掌握明显提高。强化专业理论培训,完善和落实输液巡视管理制度,是控制输液速度管理缺陷的根本方法,是防范输液不安全的主要措施。
Objective To analyze the reasons of the potential safety of transfusion speed and to provide relative measures,in order to improve the safety and effectiveness of transfusion.Methods The infusion security group checked the transfusion patients in 726 cases,and collect the infusion defects,then analyze these reasons,then the worker will have some trainings about the speed of infusion,comparing infusion speed defects before and after the training management.Results There are some differences between the speed of infusion defects（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The speed of ransfusion is the basic way to control the drawback of transfusion speed and the main measure to avoid the insecurity in transfusion.
