摘要
目的比较正颌外科术后2种冷敷方法的护理效果。方法选择2009年1月～2011年8月在本科施行正颌手术的患者60例,将60例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,30例为实验组,接受冰毛巾(湿冷敷)冷敷方式;30例为对照组,接受冰袋(干冷敷)冷敷方式。正颌外科术后进行冷敷,观察2组患者疼痛分级、肿胀程度、口内渗血量及自觉症状。结果在颌面部肿胀、口内渗血及疼痛改善方面湿冷敷组效果优于干冷敷组(P<0.05),湿冷敷组冷敷后术后第3天颌面部肿胀程度及自觉症状较轻(P<0.05)。结论湿冷敷是使用冰毛巾直接接触颌面部位,冷敷接触面积大,散热和神经传导迅速,更容易减轻术后颌面肿胀程度,患者面部疼痛感缓解,口内渗血减少,舒适度提高。
Objective Compare nursing effect of two cold application using after jaw surgery.Methods 60 patients taked jaw surgery in 2009.1 to 2011.8,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 30 people.Experimental group accept cold moist compress,and control group accept dry moist compress.Compare pain classification,swelling degree,quantity of mouth intravasation blood and self-conscious symptom after a cold compress.Results The pain classification,swelling degree,quantity of mouth intravasation blood and self-conscious symptom after a cold compress in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Cold moist compress has great effect and could reduce pain classification,swelling degree,quantity of mouth intravasation blood of patients,is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
