Investigation and correlation study on cytomegalovirus infection status in blood donors and recipients in Nanchang

摘要 巨细胞病毒（CMV）属于疱诊病毒亚科，具有典型的疱疹病毒结构，与其他疱疹病毒感染一样，一旦侵入人体，将以潜伏感染的状态长期或自存在于体内，通常为隐性感染，一般状态下不引起疾病，但在免疫功能低下和缺陷时，原发感染或病毒潜伏感染都可引起严重的甚至致死性的疾病。
