摘要
目的:探讨分析血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平(Hs-CRP)与糖尿病并发脑血管意外的相关性。方法:选取2008-2012年收治的60例糖尿病患者(其中35例并发脑血管意外,25例未发生脑血管意外),并随机选取同时期来我院进行体检的60例健康者作为对照组,检测所有样本人群的血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平。采用散射比浊法检测血清HsCRP水平,同时测定血清MAU,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C水平。结果:糖尿病组患者血清HsCRP水平(12.7±2.7)mg/L,显著高于对照组(5.9±1.4)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=17.319,P<0.05)。并发脑血管意外的35例糖尿病患者血清Hs-CRP水平(13.9±2.5)mg/L高于未发生脑血管意外的25例糖尿病患者血清Hs-CRP水平(7.9±1.7)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=11.062,P<0.05)。Pearson's相关性分析结果显示:糖尿病并发脑血管意外患者血清HsCRP水平与MAU,TG水平呈正相关(r=0.511、0.572,P<0.05),与HDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.640,P<0.05)。结论:血清Hs-CRP水平与糖尿病并发脑血管意外的发生密切相关,血清Hs-CRP水平检测在糖尿病并发脑血管意外患者的诊断与治疗中有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective：To study the correlation between the serum Hs-CRP level and diabetes mellitus patients with cerebrovascular accident. Method： From 2008- 2012,60 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected in this study,while 60 healthy people were selected as the control group. The serum Hs-CRP were measured in all subjects. At the same time,the serum MAU, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C level were also detected. Resuit： The level of Hs-CRP was significantly higher in the patients with diabetes mellitus（12.7 ± 2.7） mg/L than that in the control group （5.9±4-1.4） mg/L（t： ] 7. 319, P（0.05）. There was a significant difference of serum H s- CRP level between diabetes complicated with cerebrovascular accident and non-complicated disease patients （t： 11. 062,P（0.05）. The Pearson＇s correlation analysis showed that HsCRP levels of diabetic patients with cerebrovascular accident were positively correlated with serum MAU and TG levels（r= 0.511,0. 572, P（O. 05）, and neg- atively correlated with serum HDL-C levels（r=0. 640, P（0.05）. Conclusion： It was suggested that serum Hs- CRP levels would be related to diabetes complicated with cerebrovascular accident and it could be a useful diagnostic marker in diabetes complicated with cerebrovascular accident.
