摘要
本文扼要介绍了长沙矿山研究院近十年来在工业炸药研究与发展工作方面取得的成果与进展,主要包括:乳化炸药连续式生产工艺及设备,露天矿用乳化炸药多功能混装车,适用于VCR采矿法的高威力非铝敏化乳化炸药,可用于井下大直径深孔爆破的乳化铵油炸药,可用压气装药的乳化粘性粒状炸药和增粘粒状铵油炸药,无敏化剂型小直径乳化炸药,以及多元混合炸药理论等。
The paper outlined the achievements and progess made by CIMR in the research and development of industrial explosives in recent decade. These achievements mainly include the process and equipment for emulsion explosive continuous production, multiple parpose mix-pumping truck for open-pit emulsion explosive high strength non-metallized emulsion explosive for VCR mining method, emulsified AN-FO explosive for use in underground large diameter long-hole blasting, emulsified viscous-granular explosive and extra-viscous granular AN-FO explosive axailable for air-loading, small diameter emulsion explosive charge without sensitizer and theory of multi-elements mixed exolosives etc.
