摘要 磁共振弥散加权成像(Diffusion-weighted Ima-ging,DWI)就是一种在分子运动水平上,分析病变内部结构及组织成分的无创性功能成像,是目前对微血管灌注和弥散效应进行活体定量研究的最佳方法,在中枢神经系统疾病的应用基本成熟[1]。随着快速成像磁共振技术的发展,特别是基于单次激发平面回波技术的磁共振弥散加权成像的应用,
