摘要
以重叠合汽油和四聚丙烯为原料,分别与顺丁烯二酸酐反应合成了两种防锈剂十二烯基丁二酸(T746)。由于重叠合汽油与四聚丙烯的沸程存在较大的不同,因而目标产品的分离温度、收率及外观都有较大的差异,通过电化学腐蚀试验,考察了两种防锈剂的抗电化学腐蚀能力,并通过悬挂法考察了两种防锈剂在具体配方中的防锈性能。
The two kinds of dodecylene succinic acids (T746), used as rust inhibitor, were synthesized by maleic anhydride reacting with polymer gasoline and propylene tetramer respectively. As the boiling range of polymer gasoline is quite differ- ent from that of propylene tetramer, and thus the separation temperature, yield and appearance of two target products have a large difference. The abilities of anti electrochemical corrosion of two kinds of rust inhibitors were studied by electrochemi- cal corrosion test. Furthermore, Hanging Method was employed to evaluate the anti - rust performances of the two kinds of rust inhibitors in specific formulations.
