摘要
改革开放以来,党中央关于公平的提法经历了从"兼顾效率与公平"到"效率优先、兼顾公平",到"更加注重社会公平",再到"更公平""、三个公平"的演变。这种演变主要反映在两个方面:一是在关注的领域上,由经济领域转向更加宽广的社会领域;二是在处理公平与效率的关系问题上,由更加注重效率转变为更加注重公平。
Since the conduction of reform and opening-up policy, the formulation on fairness put forward by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party has experienced several periods. According to order, we have ＂considering both efficiency and fairness＂, ＂giving priority to efficiency and considering fairness as well＂, ＂paying more attention to social fairness＂, ＂realizing greater fairness＂, and the ＂three aspects of fairness＂. The changes mainly reflected two points. Firstly, the field we are concerned with has changed, from economic field to wider social field. Secondly, when dealing with the relationship between fairness and efficiency, we will pay more attention to fairness rather than we did with efficiency.
