摘要
从中西方学术期刊主编、编辑与编辑理念形成的机制角度看,中西方学术期刊主要区别有:学术期刊主编的精力投入不同;进入编辑职业人员学术素质门槛不同;编辑工作方式及在职培训不同;编辑人员的科学传播理念不同,等等。这些不同是中国学术期刊提高质量、走向国际需要认真思考的问题。
A study of the development mechanism of chief - editors, editors and their editorial concepts of the academic journals both in China and the western countries shows that there exist great differences between the Chinese academic journals and the western ones. They are, first, differences of chief - editors in their time and energy on the journals; second, differences of threshold for enrolling editorial working staff; third, differ- ences in their working style and manners; forth, differences in the training of working staff; and last, differ- ences in the scientific communication concepts of the editors. All these differences deserve thinking if we are to improve the quality of academic journals and internationalize them.
