摘要
通过对我国重点城市功能区噪声监测点位布设情况的调查,指出目前功能区监测点位布设存在点位偏少、布点仅凭经验无科学依据等问题。分析了我国城市功能区声环境质量现状,从分析中得出:我国城市各类功能区噪声监测点位昼间达标率高于夜间,工业区达标率好于其他类功能区,交通干线两侧区域夜间超标严重。
The investigation of the distribution and location of the noise monitoring points in the functional zones of the Chinese major cities shows that there are not sufficient monitoring points and the location of these points is solely based on the experience. After the analysis of the acoustic environmental quality in these zones, we could see that the compliance ratio in daytime is higher than nighttime in genera/. The compliance ratio in the industrial parks is higher than the other functional zones. The noise along the two sides of the trunk roads is much worse than the standards at night.
