摘要
在新时期质量与经济效益的再认识的基础上,提出了顾客价值链全过程最佳组合质量观念与满足顾客需求的质量经济效益观念,从生产者、消费者和社会三个方面考察质量经济效益并选择模糊综合评判法来定量地进行评价.取得了满意的结果.
Based on the re-evaluation of quality and the economic benefits in the background of new era, two notions are proposed： quality of customer value chain entire-process opti- mal combination and concept of quality economic benefit to meet the demand of customers. Investigation is casted in the three aspects of producers, consumers and society and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to conduct quantitative evaluation, satisfactory results coming up.
