摘要
通过优化改造纱线涂层加工系统,以涤纶工业丝为原料,经PU涂层剂浸渍涂层处理,形成皮芯结构的涂层特种长丝纤维功能复合材料。设计三种试行方案,最终实验表明方案三为最佳方案。其结果表明涂层率还受孔径、纱线速、液面高度的影响。经研究发现,涂层率与孔径的增大成正比,与线速度成反比。丝速一定,孔径一定,涂层液面的高度差对涂层率的影响不大。
By optimizing coating process system of yarn, using polyester industrial yarn as material and was treated by PU coating agent, a composite material of special functional filament fiber with skin - core structure was formed. Three plans were designed and experiments showed that No. 3 was the best plan. The result showed that coating rate was influenced by aperture, yam speed and liquid height. Coating rate was in direct proportion to aperture and inverse proportion to yarn speed. Given yarn speed and aperture, little influ- ence was found between liquid height difference and coating rate.
