摘要
目的观察黄体酮、滋肾育胎丸、间苯三酚联合治疗复发性流产的疗效,以供临床参考。方法选择2011年6月至2012年12月来院就诊的复发性流产患者60例为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组30例患者孕前不用药,孕后给予黄体酮胶丸(200mg/d)、滋肾育胎丸(5g/次,3次/d)安胎安胎。治疗组30例患者孕前用药:每次月经第12d开始,睡前单次服用黄体酮胶丸200mg/d,连续服用10d;每次月经第5d始服滋肾育胎丸,5g/次,3次/d,直至下次月经来潮停服,连续用药3个月;孕后用药用法用量同对照组;如出现流产先兆时静脉滴注间苯三酚。比较两组患者治疗有效率的差异。结果治疗组有效率93.33%(28/30),对照组有效率为70.00%(21/30),两组比较,治疗组有效率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用黄体酮、滋肾育胎丸、间苯三酚联合治疗复发性流产安全有效,作为一种方便易行的治疗方案,值得在临床加以推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the combined treatment of progesterone, Zishen Yutai pill and phloroglucinol for recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods 60 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in our hospital from June 20ll to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group only had progesterone and Zishen Yutai pill after pregnancy. The treatment group received the progesterone and Zishen Yutai pill for 3 months before pregnancy and after pregnancy, and received the phloroglucinol when threatened abortion. The difference of efficiency between two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group had higher effective rate, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The combined treatment of progesterone, Zishen Yutai pill and phloroglucinol for recurrent spontaneous abortion is safe and effective. As a convenient and easy treatment program, it is worthy of clinical application.
