摘要
直肠前突引起的出口梗阻型便秘在临床上愈来愈常见,严重影响患者的生活质量。该文对近几年来的相关文献进行回顾,总结直肠前突的病因、发生机制、诊断、治疗方法等方面的现状和进展,在各种治疗方法中,尤以手术治疗为主要的治疗方法。手术治疗的目的是消除薄弱区,加强直肠阴道隔的支撑作用。每一种手术方式各具优缺点,应根据患者具体病情、医师操作习惯及医疗条件等综合考虑、合理选择。
Outlet obstruction constipation caused by rectocele is increasingly common in clinical practice, which seriously impacts the quality of life of the patients. Here is to make a review with the reference to the published professional literature in recent years, from the aspects of cause of rectocele, the occurrence mechanism, diagnosis, treatment methods, etc.. Surgery is still the major treatment among all treatments. The aim of the surgery is to eliminate the weak area and strengthen the support of rectovaginal septum. Different operation methods imve own advantages and disadvantages,which should be rationally selected according to the specific illness condition, physicians operating habits and medical conditions.
