摘要
木质纤维原料的预处理是木质纤维素生物化学转化的关键,近年来国内外围绕预处理技术进行了大量的研究,但是由于木质纤维原料结构复杂和难水解性,到目前为止,还没有一种较为理想的预处理技术,该文对木质纤维原料传统预处理方法的优缺点作了总结与分析,就近年来开发出来的预处理技术作了介绍,提出了未来预处理技术的发展方向。
It is critical step in the bioconversion of lignocellulose to develop a cost - effective pretreatment, and many pretreatment are widely under investigation in the world, however, lignocellulosic bioreass is recalcitrant characteristics and difficult to hydrolysis, none of there are entirely satisfactory. The article reviewed traditional pretreatment method, their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, new pretreatreent technology were introduced, And some proposals for development of pretreatment technologies were put forward as well
