摘要
高校学籍学历电子注册工作是高等院校教育教学管理最基础、最核心的工作,是稳定教学秩序、维护学校声誉、保障学生合法权益的重要工作,但实施电子注册的同时也突出了高职院校管理中存在的一些问题,高职院校要以此为契机提高学籍档案管理工作的质量,以保障学籍学历电子注册工作的顺利实施。
Online registration of school roll and documentation of academic credentials is the most primary and central task in education and teaching management of colleges and universities as well as an important job in keeping stability of teaching order, maintaining school reputation and guarantee of students＇ legitimate rights and interests. Whereas some problems emerged in implementation of online registration, vocational colleges should take an opporttmity to improve the management quality of students＇ archives in order to guarantee smooth implementation of online registration of school roll and documentation of academic credentials.
