摘要
采用中小板上市的94家战略性新兴企业的相关数据,分析检验了创新投入与企业绩效之间的关系。数据分析结果表明:创新投入对企业绩效有显著地正向影响。在影响创新绩效的因素中,企业规模对企业绩效有积极地影响,而对创新产出却起到了相反的作用;政府补助有利于提高创新投入,劳动力素质与企业绩效正相关。
The author analyzed and tested relationship between innovation input and enterprises performance by using related data of 94 strategic emerging enterprises which came into the market in small plates. The results of data analysis indicated that innovation investment significantly positive effect on corporate performance. In factors of affecting innovation perfor-mance, firm size have a positive impact on firm performance, while has played a contrary role to innovation output; govern-ment grants conducive to increase investment in innovation, the quality of the labor force is positively related to corporate performance.
