温敏性高分子水凝胶制备及其扑灭油盘火的试验研究 被引量:3

Synthesis of A Thermosensitive Hydrogel and Its Oil Fire Suppressing Experiment

摘要 为了检验温敏性高分子水凝胶作为灭火剂水的添加剂用于扑灭可燃液体火灾的灭火性能,采用自由共聚的方法合成一种温敏性水凝胶聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠)(P(NIPA/AA-Na))。用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和黏度仪测试(P(NIPA/AA-Na))质量分数不同(分别为0.6%,0.8%和1.0%)的3种由水和P(NIPA/AA-Na)组成的混合液的低临界溶解温度(LCST)值和黏度值,并分别用浙江大学胶体灭火剂B和此次试验合成的温敏性水凝胶对汽油油盘进行灭火试验,通过灭火录像、热电偶和辐射热探头记录灭火过程中温度和热量的变化。结果显示,在灭火剂喷射流量相同的条件下,P(NIPA/AA-Na)水凝胶溶液的灭火时间较短,冷却降温速率和辐射热降低速率较高,用扫描电镜观察灭火后残余凝胶的表面形态,发现温敏性水水凝胶残余中有大量连续孔状结构。 For the sake of examining the fire extinguishing performance of thermosensitive hydrogel as an additive to water being the extinguishent, a thermosensitive hydrogel - - poly ( N-isopropy-lacrylamide/ Sodium acrylate) (P (NIPA/AA-Na)) was prepared by free radical polymerization method. The lower critical solution temperature(LCST) and viscosities of the water-P(NIPA/AA-Na) mixtures with different mass fractions of P(NIPA/AA-Na) were measured using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and vis- cosity tester. Gasoline fires were suppressed with hydrogel extinguishing agent B of Zhejiang University and the mixture of water and the thermosensitive P (NIPA/AA-Na) hydrogel respectively. The experimental data were recorded by video, several heat probes and thermocouples during extinguishing. The experiments showed that the P(NIPA/AA-Na) hydrogel has better performance in fire extinguishing time , cooling rate and the reduce rate of heat radiation than the hydrogel B at the same practical rate of application. The extinguishing agent residual after the fire finghting was observed by scanning electron microscopy, massive porous structures were found in the residul of P(NIPA/AA-Na) hydrogel.
