摘要
某船在调试过程中,多次发生启动时电控箱空气开关脱扣跳闸无法启动的情况。本文对该型潜水型消防排水泵组配套电动机的启动过程进行理论分析、仿真实验,详细分析了开关跳闸现象产生的原因,同时提出直接启动电动机断路器短路保护建议值。
In the debugging process of a ship, the air switch has tripped for many times, which leads to the start failure. This paper describes the theoretical analysis and simulation experiments of the pump matching motors in detail, so that the reasons of the malfunction can be found out. The recommended value of short circuit protection is also given at the end of the article.
