摘要 由于手写体维文字符的特点以及个人书写风格不同,会造成维文字符的倾斜,影响字符的特征提取和识别。提出了一种基于Hough变换的手写体维文双线倾斜校正算法。实验结果表明,该算法能够准确、快速地检测出倾斜手写体维文字符的倾斜角度,实现字符的倾斜校正。 Because of the characteristics of the handwritten Uyghur characters and personal writing styles, case the detection of Uyghur character, and influence the extraction and recognition process of characters. This paper proposes a skew correction method based on Hough transform uses two lines of handwritten Uyghur character. Experiment results indicated that, skew angles of handwritten Uyghnr characters can be efficiently and accurately detected by this method, realized skew correction of character.
