摘要 应用通用流程模拟软件,采用合适的热力学模型,完成了对某化工企业原液氮洗工艺流程的模拟,并与原设计值相比较,从而验证了所选模型的合理性。然后运用此模型对优化流程进行模拟,并得出了流程优化后再增加1台分离器,将压力降至0.25 MPa,可多带出48.6 kJ/kg的冷量,达到节能的目的。 By the adoption of the general process simulation software and appropriate thermodynamic model, the simulation is carried out of the original liquid nitrogen wash technological process and compared with the original design values, so that the rationality of the model chosen is verified. Then, this model is used to simulate the optimized process and it is shown that after the optimization of the process another separator is added, the pressure is lowered to 0.25 MPa, giving an additional quantity of cold of 48.6 kJ/kg, thus attaining the aim of energy conservation.
