本文介绍了在数控镗床上数控编程加工M580×8大型内螺纹和M580×8大型外螺纹的工艺方法及用螺纹内径千分尺和螺纹外径千分尺测量螺纹尺寸的方法。在大型螺纹加工过程中如何选择切削参数,如何控制螺纹的加工质量和大型内、外螺纹加工后螺纹预装配方法及预装重要性等。
The article describes CNC programming processing large internal thread M580×8 and large outer threaded M580×8 on NC boring machine, and the means of used inside micrometer caliper and outside micrometer caliper to measure the thread size. The article also introduces that how to choose the cutting parameters, how to control the thread processing quality and large internal the processing of the external thread after thread pre-assembly method and preloaded importance in the orocessine of machining the large thread.
