摘要
针对当前中央空调系统冷量消费无法满足按量计费的情况,提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的新型中央空调无线冷量计量计费系统。详细介绍了系统的结构、各子模块的软硬件设计。系统配置有一款智能温控器,温控器以基于ZigBee/IEEE 802.15.4协议的CC2530无线单片机为核心,以VB6.0为平台,结合Access数据库构成上位机数据管理系统。实测结果验证了以无线自组网方式对各用户冷量使用情况监控与统计的可行性,表明该系统具有一定的应用前景。
At present, the cooling energy consumption of centralized air conditioning system is difficult for metering and billing. Aiming at this problem, the design scheme of a new system for metering and billing based on ZigBee technology is proposed. The structure of the system, the hardware design and software design of each sub-module are introduced in detail. An intelligent temperature controller is designed. The controller is based on CC2530, the wireless single chip computer conforming ZigBee/IEEE 802. 15.4 protocol as the core, and the host computer data management system is built under VB6.0 as the platform and combining the Access database. The result of practical test verifies the feasibility of monitor and statistics the usage situation of each user by wireless Ad hoc network and indicates the system possesses certain applicable prospects.
