摘要
围绕现有烟草行业制丝线工艺控制中存在的问题及其发展趋势,开展了深入的调研和需求分析,构建了一套符合ISA88标准的基于批次控制技术的制丝生产线集控系统。系统采用GE Proficy Batch工业软件连接制丝线各控制单元及MES系统,实现了企业柔性化、精细化生产的要求。现场运行表明,该系统不但运行稳定、可靠性高、操作方便、维护量少,而且提高了设备运行效率和生产管理水平,具有很好的示范性和推广价值。
Revolving the problems existing in process control of tobacco cutting production line and the developing trend of this industry, in-depth investigation and demands analysis are carried out, and the centralized control system based on batch control technology that conforros ISA88 standard has been built. By adopting GE Proficy Batch industrial software, each unit of the production line and MES system are connected and the requirements of flexible and fine production of the enterprise are implemented. The field operation indicates that the system features stable operation, high reliability, ease maintenance and enhances operational efficiency of equipment and management level of production, it is valuable for demonstration and promotion.
