摘要
目的探讨武威市原发性脑肿瘤发病特征及流行趋势。方法通过建立恶性肿瘤登记报告获取原发性脑肿瘤发病资料,并对发病资料进行统计分析。结果武威市2001—2010年原发性脑肿瘤平均粗发病率为2.76/10万,男女性粗发病率性比值为1.29,男性粗发病率波动于1.94/10万～4.49/10万之间,女性粗发病率波动于1.02/10万～3.76/10万之间。经趋势性检验,男性χ2=8.03,P<0.01,有显著性差异;女性χ2=2.90,P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论男性原发性脑肿瘤发病呈增长趋势,女性则相对稳定,男性发病率高于女性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate Wuwei city primary brain tumor incidence characteristics and trends. METHODS through the establishment of cancer registry to obtain primary brain tumor incidence data. RESULTS of the Wuwei City 2001-2010 year primary brain tumors average crude incidence rate of 2.76/10 million. The crude incidence rate ratio of male and female is 1.29. The crude incidence of male fluctuations in the 1.94/10 million to between 4.49/10 million, 1.02/10 million to female to fluctuate between 3.76/10 million. The trend analysis of male χ2=8.03, P〈0.01, female χ2=2.90, P〉0.05. CONCLUSION primary brain tumor incidence in male shows growth trend, the female is relatively stable, the incidence of male is higher than female.
