摘要
人工流产术已成为当今社会终止妊娠的一种重要补救措施。通过对2012年度在从化市街口街社区卫生服务中心进行人工流产术的人员资料进行统计和分析,结果显示,2012年度街口街社区卫生服务中心进行人工流产术人员较往年增多,人流群体呈现低龄化、低学历和避孕措施实施率偏低的现象,同时未婚女性的比例也不断增多。建议通过提升自身素质、深入村镇社区宣传避孕知识、深入校园开展青春期知识讲座等方式进行有效宣传,从而遏制意外怀孕几率,减少人流术人员增加,保护女性健康。
Flow technique has become a kind of important remedial measures tor pregnancy termination today. Through the analysis and statistics of 263 people inblocks street community health service center in 2012, it is shown that in 2012, personnel flow operation in blocks street community health service center is ever increasing, with younger age, low educational level and low contraceptives rate. Meanwhile, the proportion of unmarried women increases consistently. It is suggested that effective propaganda should be done, including quality promotion, contraceptive knowledge propaganda into township community, adolescent knowledge lecture in school to prevent unplanned pregnancy, reduce flow operation personnel increase, and to protect women＇ s health.
