摘要
目的回顾分析我国乡镇卫生院资源与利用10年来相关情况,以期对新医改工作提供有益借鉴。方法通过查阅文献、实际调查和数据分析等方法进行。结果在投入不足、机制不健全情况下,乡镇卫生院医疗资源与利用容易受外部政策环境的影响,存在着医疗服务提供积极性下降和数量不足等问题。结论落实投入,健全机制,充分发挥乡镇卫生院在基本医疗服务提供方面的作用有助于新医改目标的实现。
OBJECTIVE Retrospective analysis of 10 years Chinese township hospital resources and resource utilization, hope to provide useful reference for the new medical reform. METHOD Literature study,investigation,data analysis. RESULT Because of the lack of government investment, township hospital compensation mechanism is not perfect and so on, so township hospital medical resources and utilization of vulnerable to external policy environment, appeared the provision of medical services enthusiasm drops and the number of the problem such as inadequacy. CONCLUSION Implementation of input, perfecting mechanism, give full play to township＇s role in providing basic medical services to the new healthcare reform goals of the.
