摘要
目的了解乡村医生(以下简称村医)基本公共卫生知识知晓情况,为有针对性地加强村级医疗卫生人员继续教育以及更好地开展农村基本公共卫生服务提供依据。方法采用课堂集中填写问卷的方式对某县1046名村医的营养与健康知识、疾病防治知识等基本公共卫生知识进行调查。结果基本情况调查表明,村医中男性占65.3%,40～60岁年龄组人数占42.3%;其中,70.1%的村医具有中专文化。基本公共卫生知识知晓情况分析发现,营养与健康知识总知晓率为67.3%,其中钙含量较丰富的食物和合理膳食营养知晓率较高,分别为95.1%和94.5%,肥胖的体质指数范围、体质指数计算公式和成人每天水的最少摄入量知晓率较低,分别为12.4%、33.4%和37.5%;疾病防治知识总知晓率为61.3%,其中如何控制传染病传播途径和乙肝的预防知晓率较高,分别为97.6%和96.0%,糖尿病患者血糖控制理想值和传染病报告时限知晓率较低,分别为21.1%和23.2%。结论该县村医基本公共卫生知识知晓率较低,各项内容知晓情况不均衡,基本公共卫生知识水平亟待提高。建议加强村医基本公共卫生知识的专项培训,以提高村医的基本公共卫生服务能力。
OBJECTIVE To understand the basic public health knowledge of village nurses, providing a basis for strengthen village-level health workers continuing education and carrying out basic public health services in rural. METHOD In classroom concentration questionnaires way, to carry out an investigation on nutrition and health knowledge, disease prevention and control knowledge of 1 046 village doctors. RESULT The basic situation survey showed that 65.3% village nurses are male, 40-60 age group accounted for 42.3%, 70.1% village nurses has secondary education. The basic public health knowledge survey showed that nutrition and health knowledge is 67.3%, the content of calcium-rich foods and the reasonable diet nutrition knowledge is higher than anything outside with anywhere outside the US with 95.1% and 94.5%respectively.The range of obese body mass index, body mass index calculation formula and adult daily minimum intake of water are lower than anything else with 12.4%, 33.4% and 37.5% respectively. The total rate of disease control and prevention is 61.3%, the knowledge of how to control the spread of infectious diseases prevention are higher than anything outside with 97.6% and 96.0% respectively, the knowledge of diabetes blood sugar control ideal values and infectious disease reporting time limit are lower than anything else with 21.1% and 23.2% respectively. CONCLUSION The basic public health knowledge of village nurses is low, the knowledge of various elements is not balanced, the village nurses need to improve basic public health knowledge. Recommended the strengthening of the village doctors basic public health knowledge, to enhance the ability of the basic public health services of the village nurses.
