摘要
以新疆生产的圆脆枣、赞皇大枣、赞新大枣、灰枣、骏枣、壶瓶枣、梨枣7个枣品种为实验材料,描述了不同品种枣果实、枣核、种仁的形态特征;对不同品种枣果实性状、枣核、种仁的数量性状进行比较;并且分析了不同性状之间的相关性。结果表明:检测的7个品种中,梨枣的果实最大,灰枣的果实最小;灰枣、骏枣的可溶性固形物的含量高于其它品种;单果重与果实横径和果核横径均呈极显著的正相关,其相关系数分别为0.893和0.884。可溶性固形物含量与含水率、种仁纵径、种仁横径呈极显著的负相关,其相关系数分别为-0.993、-0.923和-0.881。
In this study,seven Chinese jujube cultivars(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.cv.Yuancuizao,Zanhuangdazao,Zanxindazao,Huizao,Junzao,Hupingzao and Lizao) produced in Xinjiang were used for experiments.Morphological characteristics of fruit,stone and kernel was described respectively.Quantitative characters of fruit,stone and kernel were also investigated.The correlation between different characters was analyzed.Among 7 cultivars,the total mass per fruit of Lizao was the greatest and that of Huizao the smallest.Our data also showed higher amounts of total soluble solids(TSS) in Huizao and Junzao than in other cultivars.The fruit weight and fruit cross diameter,fruit stone cross diameter showed significant positive correlation and the correlation coefficient was 0.893 and 0.884 respectively.There were significantly negative correlation among soluble solid content,moisture content,kernel vertical length and kernel cross diameter,and the correlation coefficient was-0.993,-0.923 and-0.881.
