摘要
高职院校"双师型"教师具备较强的课程开发能力有利于提高高等职业教育技能人才培养质量。研究高职院校"双师型"教师课程开发能力培养具有重要的理论和实践意义。虽然目前关于职业教育教师课程开发能力培养的研究较少,但已有研究联系实际对职业院校教师课程开发能力的培养进行了多方面的探讨,对高职院校"双师型"教师课程开发能力培养研究具有重要的参考价值。探寻高职院校"双师型"教师课程开发能力培养的规律,应在已有研究基础上明确研究目标、研究内容与研究思路等。
With superior curriculum development ability,"double-competency" teachers in higher vocational colleges help to improve the quality of skillful talent training.The research on the curriculum development ability training of "double-competency" teachers is of great theoretical and practical significance.Though currently the related research is limited,relevant discussions are available,which provide valuable reference.Probing into its discipline should clarify research target,contents and approaches.
