摘要
从"工""商"结合的工业工程硕士研究生培养模式相关问题入手,开展了全方位、多层次的工业工程教育教学改革的研究,针对机械工程学院和柳工西南再制造工程研究中心校企合作情况,把工程机械再制造的"工"和物流系统的"商"紧密结合,从而实现"工""商"结合的工业工程硕士研究生培养模式的改革与创新,为打造具有重庆工商大学"工""商"结合特色的工业工程类专业学科点的培养和工商结合的具有综合素质的工业工程专业技术人才提供了理论基础。
Based on the related issues for cultivation model for postgraduates majored in industrial engineering combined by industry and commerce, overall and multiple-level research is conducted on education and teaching reform of industrial engineering. According to university-enterprise cooperation between School of Mechanical Engineering and Liugong Southwest Remanufacturing Engineering Research Center, the ＂ Engineering＂ in engineering mechanical remanufacture and the ＂Commerce＂ in logistics system are closely combined so that reform and innovation for cultivating model of postgraduates majored in industrial engineering combined by ＂industry＂ and ＂commerce＂ is realized, which provide theoretical basis for cultivating postgraduates majored in industrial engineering with the characteristics of Chongqing Technology and Business University and the specialized talents majored in industrial engineering with comprehensive quality combined by industry and commerce.
