高强力再生胶微波辐射工艺的优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了优化环保高强力再生胶的微波辐射工艺,首先对微波再生原料进行预处理,然后选择合理的微波辐射方法,在微波再生过程中确定了适宜的加料顺序,在微波再生后确定了再生胶的冷却工艺及再生过程中的最佳工艺条件为微波辐射时间、温度和功率.通过优化微波辐射工艺获得的环保型高强力再生胶,胶片表面光洁,质地均匀,适合压延、压出工艺.实验结果表明,再生胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率分别达到18.74MPa和443.00%. In order to optimize process of micro-wave radiation of environmental protection and high strength reclaimed rubber, we first pretreat the micro-wave reclaimed materials, and then determine cooling technology as well as best, temperature and power for micro-wave radiation with reasonable radiation method and suitable feeding sequence during micro-wave reclaimed process. The environment protection high strength reclaimed rubber obtained from optimized mi- cro-wave radiation technology has smooth surface and consistent mass which is suitable for calendaring and extrusion technology. Experiment results show that the tensile strength and elongation of reclaimed rubber can respectively reach 18.74 MPa and 443.00%.
