摘要
国家重点实验室是人才培养的基地,也是开展科学研究的重要场所。本文分析了新时期高校重点实验室安全管理的现状和特点,结合在国家重点实验室工作中积累的管理经验,提出了重点实验室安全管理方面的一些方法和思路。国家重点实验室的安全管理,是重点实验室工作的重要组成部分。提高管理者业务水平,加强对实验者的培训,注重资料和数据的管理是实验室安全的重要前提和保证。
This paper investigated the current status and characteristics of safety management of state key laboratories. Moreover, it put forward some suggestions and proposals for safety management in view of the experience learnt from working in state key laboratories. Since safety management is an important work in state key laboratories, it pointed out that raising the professional skills of laboratory managers and strengthening the training of experimenters are both important prerequisite for laboratory safety management. In addition, it was proposed that a better management of information and data is also of great importance and could help guarantee the maintenance of laboratory safety.
