摘要 为提高实践教学质量,培养出适应社会需求的工程应用型人才,论文将质量功能展开理论(QFD)应用于实践教学质量保障体系的研究。在对社会对现阶段工程应用型人才质量需求调查研究的基础上,设计出包含教学质量规划、培养质量设计、培养功能结构质量配置和教学质量控制等的QFD模型,并以陕西科技大学材料成型及控制工程专业为研究对象,结合目前的实践教学情况,将需求通过质量屋(HOQ)的形式一层层细化成实践教学中的各个环节,构建了质量矩阵,将顾客需求内化为实践教学过程中值得关注的各个关键点,并加以控制。实践教学效果评价表明,通过实践教学QFD模型的实施,实践教学质量提升明显。 To promote teaching quality and cultivate application-oriented talents, the theory of quality function deployment (QFD) was applied to the study of practice teaching quality assurance system in this paper. Based on the research of the demand for the quality of engineering talents, a QFD model was designed, including teaching quality planning, talent training quality design, and management and quality assurance configuration. Taking Shaanxi University of Science and Technology Mechanical as an example, the demand was refined into different aspects in practice teaching through the house of quality (HOQ). The matrix of quality was established and the customer needs were internalized into key points in the teaching process and were controlled. Practice shows that the practice teaching quality is effectively improved after the implication of the system.
