摘要
企业愿景是组织管理中的一项卓有成效的创建方法,它在高职院校的学生管理工作中也能有所运用。高职院校学生有着区别于本科院校学生的群体特性,这些特性又特别适合愿景原理在学生管理工作中发挥重要的引导作用,本文最后给出了这种运用的一般程序与策略。
The corporate vision is a fruitful method to organization management, which can be applied in the management of high vocational colleges students,who have the group characteristics different from undergraduate college students.these fcatures particularly suitable for the vision to play an important role in guiding principle in the student management. Finally, works given the general application procedures and strategies.
