摘要
提高教育质量,关键在于提高教师素质,特别是加强"双师型"教师队伍建设。本文从我国高等职业教育"双师型"教师队伍建设的成绩和存在的问题两方面入手,针对"双师型"教师应具备的能力和素质,从加强培训、加强校企业合作、加强考评体系等方面提出了"双师型"教师队伍建设的途径。
With China＇s rapid economic development, speeding up of social transformation, the focus of higher vocational college the denotation connotation expansion mainly to the upgrading of the transfer. Improving the quality of education, the key is to improve teachers ＇ quality, in particular the strenglhening of ＂double competency＂ teaching staff.This article from the Chinese higher vocational education ＂double-type＂ teachers ＇ achicvemcnls and existing problems in the constroction of a two-pronged response of ＂double competency＂ teacher＇s ability and quality, by stepping up training, strcngthening the coupcration between schools and enterprises, strengthening the assessment system, has proposed a ＂double type＂ ways of the construction of the teaching staff.
