摘要
文章以曲面零件风罩为例,介绍了基于Power MILL软件,在曲面多轴加工中的自动编程过程。详细阐述Power MILL软件在多轴加工中自动编程的具体过程、步骤、各种加工策略的使用、仿真及程序的后置处理等相关技术。通过多轴自动编程软件的使用,可提高编程效率,降低生产成本。
The apaper as surface parts wind shield for example, introduces automatic programming proccss of surface multi-axis machining as Power MILL software for base. Power MILL software elaborated automatic programming of muhi-axis machining process , the sleps , thc use of a variety of machining strategy, simulation, and program post-processing and other related lechnologies. It can improve progcamming efficiency; reduce prodnction costs through the use of multi-axis automalic programming software.
