摘要
通过从我国传统中药三七、薯蓣、青叶胆、天麻中分离到的天然植物配糖体三七皂甙 R1 、Dioscin、Protodioscin、Gracillin、Gastrodin、Sweroside及 Saponin D等对正常人肠道厌氧菌群进行 6 4h生长培养 ,用比浊法测定培养液中厌氧菌的数量 ,发现不同的植物配糖体对不同人的肠道厌氧菌群生长活性影响不同 。
Two intestinal anaerobic flora of human precultured in PY medium were inoculated to PY medium comtaining Ginsenoside R 1、Rg 1,Dioscin,protodioscin,Gracillin,Gastrodin,Sweroside and Saponin D,respectively.And then cultured at 37℃ in an anaerobic conditions. To test the change of bacterial counts for 64 hour after incubated. These results indicate that some natural glycosides remarkably stimulated the growth of human intestinal anaerobic flora, but another glycosides significantly inhabited the growth,and the effect have various on the different origin intestinal bacterial mixture as the same glycoside It is of the same glycoside.It is of the same view with the theory of Tradition Chinese Medicine.
