根治性宫颈切除术后的妊娠结局及产科处理 被引量：5

摘要 当前，妇科肿瘤的手术治疗越来越倾向于微创、减少术后并发症及维持功能。根治性宫颈切除术（radical vaginal trachelectomy，RVT）是一种治疗早期宫颈癌的可行、安全的理想手术方式，其并发症、复发率和病死率都很低，且可保留生育功能，但RVT术后妊娠结局以及产科处理仍值得商榷。现就RVT术后的妊娠结局及产科处理介绍如下。
